Make-Ready Punch List
The Make-Ready Punch List includes the following tasks to ensure your units are made ready quickly and professionally. It’s available as a standalone service or as part of the Make-Ready-in-A-Box.
General Unit Checks
- Caulk around tub, toilet, and sinks/countertops
- Ensure all light bulbs, plugs, switches, drip pans, and smoke detectors are working
- Check all switch plates and outlet covers for damage
- Ensure garbage disposal, exhaust fans, and ceiling fans are working
- Install missing/broken vertical blind slats
- Install missing/broken stoppers, pop-ups, light pulls, door stops, and toilet caps
- Adjust all closet rods as needed
- Tighten mirror clips if necessary
System & Safety Checks*
- Ensure there are no active leaks
- Ensure all interior doors and windows close and lock properly
- Test all appliances
- Test HVAC system
- Test for hot and cold water
*Does not include repairs. Durango will notify property manager of any issues detected and/or recommended repairs.
